The killers of Elozino Joshualia Ogege, a 300 level student of Delta
State University, have given a chilling account of how she was
killed.Elozino, a First Class student, was murdered by a 4-man gang
consisting of 2 Yahoo boys, a security guard at her school, and a native
doctor, as she innocently sought accommodation. The men gave a
confession to newsmen yesterday, November 28, while being paraded at the
Delta State Police Command.
The
suspects revealed how they killed Elozino with the help of a security
guard, Onos, who offered to assist the victim to secure an
accommodation.Onos said:I was contacted by Desmond and another to
provide a female student for Yahoo rituals. We had planned it, and when
Elozino approached me that she was looking for accommodation, I saw it
as a good opportunity.I contacted Desmond who told me to tell her to
come back the next day. So the next day, they brought a Corola car; and
when Elozino came, they used something on her face which made her
unconscious.We took her to a bush where we first plucked out one of her
eyes while she was still alive. She was even crying and begging us to
forgive her and let her go, but we plucked the other eye, removed her
breast and heart before she died.During his confession, Onos implicated
his supervisor by claiming that he was posted into the school by his
supervisor for the purposes of carrying out such missions when
contacted.But the Supervisor with a security company attached to the
University, Uche Nwaosisi, denied knowledge of the crime, stating that
he was among those who went after Onos when the police came to look for
him in the school.
Nwaosisi
said:When all these were happening, Onos threatened to implicate me for
assisting the police to catch him. When the police caught him, they
discovered two phones with him, which he claimed I sold one to him. That
was my involvement .Desmond, who is into the "Yahoo Plus" line of
business, said Elozino is the fifth he has killed for ritual purposes.
He said the first four female victims were abducted at Oghara and killed
for the rituals, adding that Elozino’s murder was his first from the
University community in Abraka.
According
to him:Each time we killed, we removed the vital organs like the eyes,
the heart and the breast of the victims, normally females, and take to
the Baba (herbalist), who usually would ask us to come back.Baba used to
burn the heart and pound it to make powder substance out of it. It is
the powder that he gives us, which we apply before speaking to our
victims to make money from them. Any big woman we approach obliges us
and provides money for us.The native doctor, identified as Robinson,
denied being involved in previous murders and said God is his witness.
He said Elozino’s heart and eye happened to be the first he received
from the Yahoo Plus customers.He said he first met the boys seven years
ago when they brought an accident victim for him to cure, maintaining
that he specializes in treating bone fractures, making women pregnant,
preparing love portions for people, curing appendicitis and others.He
said when they came with Elozino’s body parts, they gave him N10,000,
promising to give him more money later, and asked him to make them
rich.The second Yahoo Plus suspect who was an accomplice of Desmond's
allegedly slumped and died as the police were closing in on him. The
female relative who was used to make a call relating to their illicit
operation - a minor - was arrested and is in police custody.Addressing
the journalists, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew
Aniamaka maintained that, now that all the killers of Elozino have been
caught except the one who slumped and died, the police will arraign them
in court.

Police Inspector Olukunle Olonade attached to FSARS Ikeja who was
alleged to have shot a LASTMA official, Rotimi Adeyemi, dead in the
Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos state yesterday November 28th, has died. He
died shortly after arriving at the hospital. He had been beaten by a mob
after he shot Adeyemi. A statement from the spokesperson of the state
police command, CSP Chike Oti, says the state commissioner of police, CP
Edgal Imohimi, has ordered the FSARS officer be tried posthumously.

Toyota Highlander SUV, with registration number LSR 277 BJ, later
identified as Police Inspector Olukunle Olonade attached to FSARS Ikeja
while driving along Iyana-Ipaja road, was contravened for driving
against traffic by a LASTMA official, one Rotimi Adeyemi, aged 46 years
at Iyana-Ipaja roundabout.The two men vehemently disagreed with each
other. However, during the altercation, the said Inspector Olukunle
Olonade allegedly shot the LASTMA officer to death. Consequently, irate
mob, who thought that the shooter was an armed hoodlum because he was in
mufti, decended on him and beat him to stupor.Although he was later
rescued by teams of policemen drafted to the scene, he later gave up the
ghost while being rushed to hospital for treatment. The serial number
of the pistol recovered at the scene was checked in the system and it
revealed the bearer as Inspector Olukunle Olonade attached to FSARS
Ikeja.Corpses of the deceased have been evacuated to the morgue for
autopsy. The CP Lagos has directed that the late Inspector Olakunle
Olonade be tried posthumously in Orderly room and be recommended for
dismissal from the Force.

The Nigeria Police Force this morning arraigned political activist, Deji
Adeyanju, Daniel Abobama and Boma Williams at Karshi Magistrate Court,
Federal Capital Territory for criminal offences of Joint Act, Criminal
defamation, Disturbance of public peace, Threat to public security and
safety and inciting public disturbance under the Penal Code Law. A
statement from the police spokesperson, Jimoh Moshood, says the court
ordered that they should be remanded in Keffi Prison in Nasarawa state

President Buhari who is curently in Maiduguri, Borno State has ordered
the military to eliminate all threats of Boko Haram, declaring that the
war against terrorism is “a must win’’. “It is a must win war. I want to
encourage our troops not to be distracted by speculations but remain
focused and committed to the task of eliminating Boko Haram from the
surface of the earth,’’ the President said while declaring open the 2018
Chief of Army Staff Annual Conference. President Buhari assured the

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos office, today
November 27th, seized a total of 29 exotic cars during a raid on the
office of a Lagos-based car dealer, Astrax Auto Shop. According to a
statement released by the agency, the raid followed intelligence report
received by the Commission on the activities of the operators of the
auto shop, who are said to be a syndicate of organized Internet
fraudsters. Investigation revealed that the syndicate, which specializes
in Business Emails Compromise, BEC, in the United States of America,
USA, usually moves proceeds of its alleged illicit business to a
nominated bank account owned by their mules in the U.S. 
The
syndicate members allegedly launder the proceeds through money order,
which they use to purchase cars in American auctions and ship same to
Nigeria for sale.The EFCC had earlier arrested one of the syndicate
members, Olusegun Micheal Adeyemi.
In
his statement to the EFCC, Adeyemi confirmed one Tayo Onilogbo Yusuf as
the Managing Director of Astrax Autos and Automobile.The cars recovered
from the syndicate include: four Toyota Corolla; seven Toyota Camry;

Doctors thought a woman was pregnant with multiple babies but several
pregnancy tests came out negative, leaving her doctors confused.Keely
Favell’s big tummy made her go to the hospital for a test. When
pregnancy tests had shown she was not expecting, she thought she was
just piling on weight. But her bump kept growing bigger and made her
