Kano State Hisbah Board is urging professors and other wealthy
individuals, who have only one wife but intended to marry more, to pick
the forms from the Board to enable them participate in the forthcoming
mass wedding of widows and divorcees being sponsored by the state
government.The boards assistant commander in charge of Special Duties,
Nahabani Usman, who disclosed this on Saturday, said: “I am appealing to
professors or wealthy individuals, who are interested in having more
wives to come forward and collect the forms for registration to
participate in the mass wedding,
