A newborn baby was found dumped in a refuse site in Calabar, Cross River
State.The baby, clad only in diapers, was found among the dirt strewn
by the side of the road. Passersby were shocked when they passed by the
illegal dump site in Bateba, Calabar South, early today, November 23,
and saw the baby.According to online reports, the child did not survive.
